We value our ties with the breweries, engaging with each sake one by one to bring you bottles that feel true to Hoshikuma Sake Store. From long-loved classics to bottles alive with a maker's playfulness and ambition — every sake here has a reason it was chosen. In Hoshikuma, Jonan-ku, Fukuoka — about 20 minutes from Tenjin or Hakata on the Nanakuma subway line.
What We Carry

Built around sake, shochu, and wine — with particular strength in Kyushu's local sake.
Only the bottles the owner has chosen by visiting the breweries and tasting them firsthand. Centered on Kyushu's sake and authentic shochu, we also carry MUKADO — the Georgian wine for which we are the official importer in Japan — alongside finely selected bottles from around the world, plus beer and whisky. From the classics to bottles carefully chosen by the owner.
